Repair service for a 2005-2009 Lexus Rx 400h Climate Control Switch

Shipping costs charged for repair services are used to ship your part back to you once your repair service has been completed. Each repair service order must also be accompanied by a completed R&R Form. To submit an R&R form:

- Fill in all the required form fields.
- After you've completed the form click on the print button. Include the printed form in your when you ship your part to us.
- Click on the "submit" button.
- Now when you add this repair service to your cart and check out the form will be submitted with your order.
It is Important to Include your 17 digit Vehicle Identification number when you ship your part to be Repaired. Please Ship your part to our address which appears on the R&R Form. We suggest you insure it against damage.
