Your warranty starts the day we receive your core. Please use the enclosed return shipping label and the packaging your part arrived in to return your core. Place the return label over the existing shipping label and deliver to your local shipping agent. We allow 15 days from the time you receive your purchased part for the faulty core to be returned to us. Your warranty will commence at time of arrival.
