Shipping costs charged for repair services are used to ship your part back to you once your repair service has been completed.
Each repair service order must also be accompanied by a completed R&R Form. To submit an R&R form:

- Where it says "Please submit your R&R Form" click "Browse"
- Select the completed form from your files.
- Now when you add this repair service to your cart and check out the form will be submitted with your order.
- After the repair you may need to use a dealer equivalent tool to clear fault codes in your airbag module and your DIM. the Airbag light will remain on if you turned your Ignition Key to the on position with your cluster removed from the vehicle, If this is not the original Cluster to the vehicle , You wll need to have it Coded to your vehicle.
It is Important to Include your 17 digit Vehicle Identification number When shipping your part for Remanufacture. Please Ship your part to our address which appears on the R&R Form. We suggest you insure it against damage
